  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, systems, strategies, and materials provided by FortressSocial remain the intellectual property of FortressSocial LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain timely communication, and ensure they hold proper rights to any content supplied.

6. Limitation of Liability
